Breakfast is included for all guests. Wake up and enjoy traditional Mexican sweet bread, fresh fruit (papaya, mango, melon, pineapple), yogurt, coffee, and home-made granola. You will also be offered a choice of eggs, or a regional breakfast dish. We use local produce and our menu varies by season. We are happy to accommodate special dietary restrictions.

Upon arrival we will check your preferences for food and schedule.

Tacos can be filled with chicken, shredded beef or potatoes and are topped with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa.

We are happy to provide additional meals with advance notice. We can prepare a variety of Mexican specialties such as mole, pozole, tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas and tamales, as well as their local variations including corundas, uchepos, and sopes. Staples such as chicken soup, sandwiches and salads are available on short notice. There are always fresh salsas to accompany your meals.
